CAPITAL CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT


Note: Regardless of our arrival time, Capital Cleaning crews do not clean after 2:30 pm.

Confirmation:

After submitting the Book a Cleaning form, we will send you an email within 24 hours to CONFIRM your cleaning appointment and pricing. After receiving our email, please respond within 24 hours. Note: If you submit your Book a Cleaning request on a holiday, or just prior to a holiday, we will get back to you after the holiday or weekend, whichever comes last.


Worker-Hours:

Our cleaning rates are based on "worker-hours" not "clock-hours." For example: If you purchase 4 worker-hours (of cleaning), 1 worker will complete the work in 4 hours. Or 2 workers will complete the work in 2 hours. Here's a chart to explain:

Cleaning Dates:

If possible, please specify a couple of cleaning dates that we can choose from when making your one appointment.

Arrival Window:

Our housecleaning teams work Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Please choose one of these six "Arrival Windows" for your next cleaning:
1) Housecleaning team to arrive sometime between 6:00 am - 6:30 am
2) ...arrive sometime between 7:00 am - 10:00 am
3) ...arrive sometime between 8:00 am - 11:00 am
4) ...arrive sometime between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
5) ...arrive sometime between 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
6) ...arrive sometime between 11:00 am - 1:30 pm

If this is your first cleaning with us, we would be happy to give you a more specific arrival time. However, we ask our customers to please understand that the Arrival Window approach (rather than using a specific start time) gives us the flexibility we need to best meet all of our customers' needs and to keep our cleaning costs as low as possible.

On request, we can text you 20 minutes before our expected arrival.

PayPal:
Please note that, because of PayPal (payment processing) fees, we are unable to refund a customer when they cancel a cleaning appointment. We are, however, happy to reschedule the cleaning appointment.


After completing the Book a Cleaning form, click on the SUBMIT button. The page and form will automatically refresh - although this can take a moment or two. Once it has refreshed, it should tell you at the bottom of the page that your submission was successful!
